Based on the proven construction of the Eagle Lite the Edelrid Eagle Lite Protect Pro Dry is a particularly robust, reliable companion on demanding multi-pitch and bigwall adventures when climbing with a single rope and, if necessary, an additional tag line.
To this end, Edelrid use Protect technology, which incorporates high-strength aramid fibers into the sheath using a specially developed braiding process. This technology and the adjustment of other production parameters strengthen the sheath and increase the rope’s cut resistance.
For a particularly compact and fine sheath structure, the Edelrid Eagle Lite Protect Pro Dryis processed on a braiding machine with 48 bobbins, which has a positive impact on handling and abrasion resistance.
