The controller of your personal data is the company Climbing Architects s.r.o., with registered office at Liberecká 480/104, 466 01 Jablonec nad Nisou, ID No.: 09526145, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, file No. C 45909 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").
- What personal data do we process and for what purpose?
- Name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment details, order history. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The retention period is for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the period stipulated by specific legislation (e.g. for accounting documents).
- Communication with customers: e-mail address, telephone number, content of communication. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - improving services and addressing customer requirements. The retention period is for the time necessary to process the request.
- Sending of commercial communications (newsletter): e-mail address (based on your consent). The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. The retention period is until the consent is withdrawn.
- Website improvement and traffic analysis: IP address, cookies (see section on cookies for more information). The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - website optimisation. The retention period is specified in the section on cookies.
- Compliance with legal obligations: accounting and tax documents. The legal basis is the fulfilment of a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). The retention period is determined by the relevant legislation.
