Payment and delivery terms
- Price of goods and payment terms
- The prices of the goods listed in the e-shop are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) and all related charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- For B2B customers, prices may be quoted exclusive of VAT. This must be clearly communicated in the e-shop.
- The buyer has the option to pay the purchase price of the goods in the following ways:
- Online credit card via Comgate payment gateway
- By bank transfer to the Seller's account 123-2213350257/0100, held at Komerční banka
- Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt of the goods)
- In case of payment by bank transfer, the buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price of the goods including the variable symbol specified in the order confirmation.
- In case of online payment by credit card, the buyer is subject to the terms and conditions of Comgate Payments, a.s.
- The service provider, Comgate a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. All payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured, and all information is encrypted. For more information and contact details, visit www.comgate.cz.

- The Seller reserves the right to require payment of an advance on the purchase price, especially for orders with a higher value or for goods manufactured to order.
- The invoice for the purchased goods will be sent to the Buyer electronically to the e-mail address specified in the order, or will be attached to the delivered goods.
- Delivery terms
- The goods are delivered to the address specified by the buyer in the order.
- The Seller offers the following delivery methods:
- Via the shipping company WeDo
- Personal collection at the headquarters of Climbing Architects s.r.o., Liberecká 480/104, 466 01 Jablonec nad Nisou (the date of personal collection must be arranged in advance)
- Other delivery methods by prior arrangement
- Shipping and packing costs are paid by the buyer and are listed in the order and in the "Shipping and payment" section of the e-shop. The shipping costs may vary depending on the chosen shipping method, the weight and dimensions of the goods and the destination.
- The estimated delivery time is indicated for each item in the e-shop. This period is only an estimate and may vary.
- In the case of delivery of the goods via a shipping company, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging upon receipt of the goods and, in the event of defects, to immediately draw up a damage report with the carrier and inform the seller of this fact.
- The ownership of the goods shall pass to the buyer at the moment of full payment of the purchase price.
- The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer at the moment of receipt of the goods.
